The respect of the soil

For four generations, winegrowing traditions have been maintained in the respect of our terroir and its environment. Every day, the greatest care is taken of the vineyards so as to preserve the main wealth of the family estate. For years now, a process of sustainable cultivation has been developed in collaboration with the Department of Plant Protection a process of moderated pest management and wine tending methods which reduces the use of
pesticides has already given rise to a better protection of the environment and water tables.

The treatment of the wine-making effluents and rinsing waters, the different aspects which were upgraded to meet current norms, an increasingly 'sustainable' form of wine growing techniques, and the
improvement of our systems of traceability, all of these are evolutionary processes that have been maintained so as to leave to the future generations our land of Champagne at its best.
