Saint Nicaise - Blanc de Blancs 2009

It has a pale gold livery with fine and regular bubbles rising in a thin thread of white effervescence. On the nose it displays mature notes of fresh butter, brioche and exotic fruit, which subsequently evolve towards notes of honey. On the palate it is well rounded and balanced. Its texture remains mellow and eventually offers a long and complex finish blending mineral notes to much milder ones. It will go perfectly with white meat, a fattened hen, or scallops. An extremely fine wine.
